Myofascial Decompression, also known as Cupping, is an ancient treatment that helps reduce tightness and stagnation in the body. It is done by applying different sized cups to the body and then using a small hand pump to create a strong suction. The suction helps to relieve muscle tension, release fascial tightness, and increase circulation. Although slightly uncomfortable for the first few minutes, the discomfort begins to ease. Temporary marks are produced - a sign that specific areas of the body are stagnant and unhealthy.

Improve recovery, enhance mobility, and reduce tightness with a Fascial Stretching Session with one of our trained Massage Therapists. Individual Sessions work out those hard-to-stretch (but oh-so-important for peak performance!) fascial lines.
SportStretch is a Thai-style modality performed on a mat rather than a massage table. You can keep your clothes on, and still take your performance to the next level with this movement-based method that includes both active and passive stretching.
The Key to Maximized Peformance
SportStretch: A FAST Lab Exclusive
Performed on a mat rather than a table, SportStretch is a thai-style manual therapy that uses a unique blend of movement, myofascial release, resulting in relaxation that goes beyond traditional massage.
A fun benefit of this service is that you can keep your clothes on! We’ve added SportStretch to our service offering because of its myriad advantages including:
– Increased range of motion
– Enhanced mobility
– Improved stability
– Better balance
– Stress and tension relief
– Mental calmness
At The FAST Lab, we believe this unique massage modality is highly beneficial for cyclists, runners, triathletes, and passionate athletes who enjoy staying active year-round. Individuals with medical conditions or prior injuries should speak with our team to determine if SportStretch is right for you.
